Dear Colleagues:
On July 12-15, 2022 Western Law will be hosting
The Tenth Biennial Conference on the Law of Obligations in Banff, Alberta (which was designated, along with six other Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984). The theme for the conference is
Private Law and the State.
I attach the official Call for Papers to this email. This outlines the conference’s thematic questions in more detail and provides instructions on how to submit an
offer for delivering a paper.
In due course, I will send another email detailing how to register for the conference and how to book discounted accommodation at the
Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, which will serve as the conference venue.
Should you have any questions feel free to reach out to me (or to the other conference conveners: Andrew Robertson, Zoë Sinel, and Joanna Langille).
We very much look forward to hosting you in Banff.
Sincerely,
Jason Neyers
